Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days for processing before shipment
Custom or made-to-measure suits may take 7-10 business days for processing before shipment.
Orders are not processed or shipped on public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking number to be activated.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't been received, contact us at info.falconsuits@gmail.com.
While we will assist with the carrier to recover the item, Falcon Suits is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
